We’re delighted to be working with our friends at Bristol Weaving Mill to offer customers the chance to produce very small quantities of sustainable and eco-friendly woven blankets made from 50% of their own yarn and 50% Flocked Off yarn that we have produced in our mill. Our Flocked Off range is spun from 50% mill by-products blended with 50% new British wool.
If there is sufficient interest in this new offering, BWM will make up a 100-200 metre run. The collaborative element to the project is that the more people there are ordering from the run, the better the price for each blanket.
Two different cloth patterns are offered, with the potential for stripes. Samples are available to see the fabric quality using the Flocked Off warp.
