A Bit About Us
The Natural Fibre Company is a specialist wool mill based in Cornwall, close to the Devon border. We established our operations in Launceston in 2005 and celebrated our 20 year working anniversary in June 2025. We currently have 11 staff: five working in production, and six in management, administration and marketing. As well as processing fibre into yarn for our customers, we launched Blacker Yarns, our own brand of high-quality pure wool yarn in 2008. The holding company is called Blacker Sheep. We are a people-orientated and value-driven company and enjoy sharing these values with our customers and collaborative partners.

General information
We need people who will be hands on, involved, and who have high energy and fitness levels and good IT skills. Due to our location a clean driving licence and use of a car are pretty much essential.
